An inventory clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate records
of raw materials, work-in-progress inventory, and finished goods
within the warehouse, stock room or production floor. Essential
Functions: Update inventory management system. Regularly conduct
physical counts of inventory. Verifies quantities and quality of
received materials. Coordinate with production planning,
purchasing, and quality control teams to maintain smooth inventory
flow. Skill in handling multiple task and prioritizing. Excellent
customer service skills. Ability to work with frequent
interruptions and changes in priorities. Ability to establish and
maintain effective communication and working relationships with
other employees and the public. Knowledge of basic mathematics.
Skill in establishing and maintaining good working relationships
with all Fidelity team. Ability to communicate effectively orally
and in writing. Requirements: Qualifications: Strong attention to
detail and accuracy in data entry Proficient with inventory
management systems and computer applications Basic math skills for
calculations Good organization skills and ability to prioritize
task
