About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health
to find a qualified OR RN in Bradenton, Florida, 34209! Job Title:
RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License:
Active RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS (preferred) Must-Have:
- Trauma OR experience of 1 year minimum - Ortho experience of 1
year minimum Description: This is an operating room position. The
unit comprises 15 OR suites. There are 68 staff members on the
team. Staff includes charge nurses, team leads, circulators, techs,
anesthesia techs, and PCAs. Patient ratios are 1:1. The type of
equipment includes OR service line equipment for various
specialties. Experience with orthopedic, burn, plastics,
gynecology, urology, spine, trauma, and general surgeries is
essential. The electronic medical record system used is Meditech.
Candidates with experience in trauma OR and orthopedic settings
will be prioritized. Experience in burn or plastic surgery is
preferred. Familiarity with Meditech is also beneficial. Successful
candidates will be team players. The unit follows AORN guidelines
for operations. Candidates should be prepared to work every other
weekend and holidays. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses
