Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Are you a caring and

the job for you! 24 Hour Mental Health Crisis Unit Base pay is
$18.00 per hour. Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts receive an
extra 5 %- 20% shift differential (up to $21.60 for weekend
overnights). AVAILABLE SCHEDULES: 3 days x 12 hours per shift = 36
hours per week Days: 7am - 7pm Nights: 7pm - 7am All schedules
require rotating weekends (every other Saturday and Sunday).
Holiday shifts and mandatory overtime may be required based on
business needs. JOB FUNCTION: Responsible for monitoring
individuals experiencing mental health crises including behavioral
management and intervention. Assists and/or provides selected group
activities, and promotes. a positive, reinforcing environment for
children and/or adults served in the program. Performs general
housekeeping and assists clients with daily living needs. BENEFITS

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be willing
to take direction and work as a team to de-escalate clients in a
manner that reduces risk to all involved. Qualified candidates will
be able to remain calm and redirect clients (with training) when
antagonized. Cleanup of bodily fluids (using appropriate PPE) and
performing body checks required. Must be able to pass a Level II
Background Screening through DCF and AHCA.

bend, lift a minimum of 50lbs., stretch, lower and raise self from
floor independently. Ability to hear and see in emergency
situations. Must be able to pass NAPPI (Non-Abusive Psychological
and Physical Intervention) training and perform NAPPI techniques.
SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Exposure to all program conditions
which may include physical intervention and verbal abuse by
consumers. Eleos/PEMHS is a drug-free work place that adheres to
