BlueGrace Logistics is hiring Inbound Carrier Support Specialists to support our transportation operations by handling inbound carrier inquiries and booking freight. This is an hourly, execution-focused role with competitive performance incentives tied to booking activity and accuracy — perfect for candidates who thrive in a high-volume, structured environment. This is an entry-level opportunity in a vital industry. Freight is essential to everyday life, and the work you do plays a critical role in keeping shelves stocked and businesses moving forward. What You’ll Do Handle inbound calls and messages from carriers responding to posted loads Confirm carrier availability, equipment type, and shipment details Negotiate rates within approved system guidelines and finalize bookings Accurately enter and update shipment information in the TMS Escalate exceptions, non-standard pricing, or issues to the appropriate teams Follow established workflows to ensure timely and accurate load coverage Represent BlueGrace professionally when communicating with carrier partners What This Role Is A great entry point into the logistics industry An inbound, execution-focused position Hourly pay with performance-based incentives Transactional, structured, and process-driven What This Role Is Not Not a commission-heavy sales role Not responsible for margin ownership or pricing strategy Not responsible for carrier development Not outbound prospecting What We’re Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Attention to detail and accuracy Comfort working within defined pricing and process guidelines Basic computer skills and willingness to learn logistics systems Prior logistics or call-center experience is a plus, but not required Schedule & Compensation Full-time, on-site position Monday–Friday schedule Pay: $15.50 an hour, with additional incentives based on productivity, accuracy, and process adherence *Training & Work Location * Permanent work location will be Palm Harbor This position is IN-OFFICE only Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off On-the-job training Equal Opportunity Employer FreightCenter Inc. is committed to creating an inclusive environment.
