innovation.Summary: As a Commercial & Community Security Sales
Executive at SafeTouch Security, you will be responsible for
generating new business opportunities and increasing sales revenue
by selling security solutions to commercial entities and
communities. You will play a crucial role in identifying new
business opportunities, building relationships with prospective
clients, and closing sales deals. Your expertise in security
systems and solutions will enable you to consult with clients on
their security needs and recommend appropriate products and
services. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identity and prospect potential clients within the commercial
and community sectors.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the security needs and
requirements of each prospective client.
- Participate in industry trade shows and local vertical specific
networking groups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key
decision-makers to position our security solutions
effectively.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and understand client
requirements to propose tailored security solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and
presentations that showcase the benefits of our security products
and services.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to meet both client
expectations and company profitability goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support
and customer service, to ensure smooth project implementation and
customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new
technologies to provide valuable insights to clients and enhance
our offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company
and report on sales activities and results regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Collaborative team player who places a high priority on
internal and external customer service.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the
security industry, preferably in the commercial and community
sectors.
- Strong understanding of security systems, access control,
surveillance cameras, gate guarding, and other related products and
services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a
team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and
closing deals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets
insurance requirements. Willingness to travel as needed. Physical
Requirements: Must be able to lift 15 pounds occasionally.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
