A strategic shift is taking place at Davidoff to deliver an
impactful experience across all touchpoints. The newly formed
Customer Experience department is establishing standards,
collecting data, and managing interactions to create consistency
and drive towards our greater Customer Success initiative.
The Business Analyst (B2B) will research business problems and
drive to solutions in the areas of customer experience,
productivity, and accuracy and quality of sales-related data. This
position will focus on SAP as the primary platform for developing
business processes, with intersections with other systems and
applications as needed. In this role, you will have the opportunity
to use your project management skills and continually think of ways
to improve the process.
The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter, keen attention
to detail, and has a strong understanding of how to influence
change across departments. You have 3-4 years' experience in a
data-driven capacity with exposure to sales and operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other
duties will be assigned.
SALES ENABLEMENT - coach & train
Collaborates with partners to improve reporting tools and identify
processes to increase efficiency, remove blockers, reduce
redundancies, reduce manual work, or to save time. Synthesizes
feedback and provides recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Works with Success Managers to provide training and analytics, as
well as drive adoption, for newly implemented CRM. Empower
colleagues for success with training on tools and data
Assists with new ticket management functionality including training
employees on best practice as well as assist in preparation of
data, reports, and documents related to ticket management
Implement customer persona strategy into sales enablement programs,
arming Success Managers with tailored content to support sales
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT - manage & scale processes
Work with stakeholders, department leaders, and colleagues to
elicit requirements for future state business processes, metrics,
dashboards, and SAP needs through focus groups, surveys, process
observations, and process data analysis.
Contribute to high performance by focusing on process optimization
and creating change requests. Analyze trends for key takeaways to
achieve business objectives and promote customer centricity.
Lead opportunities to eliminate, consolidate and/or simplify
DATA MANAGEMENT - eliminate complexity & maintain accuracy
Responsible for the review, input, maintenance, and audit of
product price elements and standard price lists, customer
hierarchies, and customer listings. This includes SKU management
and creation of sales views.
Develop a strong understanding of Davidoff's business processes,
data, data sources, systems, and applications to identify system
improvements / enhancements with flowcharts, flowchart narrations
and user stories.
Collaborate with required departments to review and capture
essential data on CRM. Collect and analyze customer and platform
data to improve customer relationships, identify areas for growth,
and create consistency. Help keep our CRM organized and
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university
3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
