Position SummaryThis position includes various manual tasks associated with the plant operations.--Responsibilities:Understand and comply with all Company safety policies and proceduresNeeds the skill of active listening. This means giving full attention to what other employees are saying and taking time to understand the points being made, asking question and making sure all parties understand one and another.Must have the skill of interaction with othersKeep work areas clean and neatAble to follow verbal instructionsFrequent shovel useCan perform strenuous work in varying weather conditionsAdditional duties as assigned by the Plant Manager/ Plant Superintendent/ForemanHelp around the plant as needed this is a team, we need everybody's helpQualifications:Must have 2-5 years of Heavy/Civil Construction experience.Must be able to follow verbal instructions.Maintain good health status and flexibility to bend, push, pull, stoop and/or twist.Must be able to perform strenuous work in varying weather conditions.Necessary Attributes:Must possess the ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles.Team player and with strong interpersonal and verbal skills.Reliance on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Dedicated and hard working.Strong commitment to success of all.Possess a strong work ethic.Demonstrate the upmost professionalism in how you represent yourself.Show quality in everything you do.Lead with integrity while producing high quality work.Job Requirements:We offer our full-time--and eligible part time team members a comprehensive benefits package that's among the best in our industry.
