West Bay Energy is seeking a motivated electrician for our expanding team. We are a local Solar company that specializes in energy-efficient products for homes and businesses. Our high-quality work separates us from the competition. We are looking for an electrician with high attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. Positive attitude and team player mentality is a must. Experience in solar is a plus, but will train the right candidate. Responsibilities:
--- Install and commission electrical components of a PV solar system
--- Understand and follow NEC code requirements
--- Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems
--- Climb ladders and work on rooftops
--- Follow safe work practices and attend safety meetings
--- Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
--- Upgrade service panels/and or service entrance equipment
--- Understand and follow blueprints

Qualifications:
--- Able to pass a background check
--- Possess a valid driver's license
--- 3+ years of electrical experience
--- Possess excellent customer service skills
--- High level of professionalism
--- Team player mentality
--- Positive attitude
