Job Summary: Are you someone who has a passion for working with
your hands? As Production Associate, you will build mission
critical assemblies, cables, components, and circuit cards in
support of the aerospace/defense, automotive, commercial &
industrial industries. If you have an interest or experience in
assembly of electrical/electronic products and cable/wire harnesses
supporting the U.S. military and commercial customers, we want to

Second ShiftPart-time during the
weekPersons able to work weekends and/or holidaysDuties and
Responsibilities:
Assemble electrical or electronic
products/systems: cable and wire harness, control panels, power
supplies, test equipment- Apply crimping, sealing liquid, or
soldering to secure components- Insert cable in plastic tubing or
inject plastic sealant around terminals to protect cable from dust
and moisture- Test wiring continuity, using continuity tester- Mark
identifying data on completed product for stock inventory or
delivery to customers
Read and interpret schematic
drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, work
instructions and reports in order to determine materials
requirements and assembly instructionsClean parts, using cleaning
solutions, air hoses, and cloths & pack for shipmentInspect and
test wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits for resistance
factors and for operation and record test resultsIdentify, adjust,
and repair/replace electrical or electronic component parts to
correct defects and to ensure conformance to specificationsOther
duties assignedJob Qualifications:
Work experience in production and
processing, with knowledge of raw materials, production processes,
quality control, costs, and other techniques in manufacture and
distribution of goodsAS9100, CMMI and J-STD-001C Class 3
standardsAbility to read blueprints and/or technical
instructionsAbility to conduct quality control tests and
inspections of products to evaluate quality and troubleshoot to
determine causes of operating errors and to decide on
solutionUnderstand and follow chemical safety requirements, and
safety rules and regulationsAbility to conform to shifting
priorities, demands and schedulesOvertime may be required in meet
scheduleMinimum Requirements Needed:
High School, technical/administrative
trade schoolAt least 1 year of related assembly experience
(Preferred)Positions with CME require access to controlled goods
and technologies subject to the International Traffic in Arms
Regulations or the Export Administration Regulations. Applicants
for these positions need to be "U.S. Persons," as defined in these
