The hospital is a 319-bed, Joint Commission-accredited facility serving Manatee, Sarasota, and surrounding counties for over 60 years. It offers services including emergency medicine, cardiology, orthopedic services, surgery, rehabilitation, respiratory care, oncology, and women's and children's services, including a Level II Neonatal ICU and Pediatric Center. Accredited centers include the Manatee Heart and Vascular Center, Stroke and Cerebrovascular Center, Lung Institute, Outpatient Imaging Center, Wound Care and Hyperbaric Program, and Breast Care Center.The COO oversees daily hospital operations, implements CEO and corporate strategies, and manages hospital departments to optimize quality and profitability.This leader will:

• Direct quality operations to maximize ROI and community reputation, increase revenues and income, and control operating costs.
• Develop and implement community-focused quality and service programs.
