The Stop Now and Plan Program serves children ages 6-11 years old
experiencing serious behavioral problems. This program helps
children and their parents learn how to effectively manage their
emotions and keep problems small. This is done through a 13-week
group based curriculum for youth and their parents.
The Stop Now and Plan facilitator is responsible for administering
the Stop Now and Plan curriculum to the parent or child group. The
facilitator must attend the 5-day core SNAP training. In addition,
before group begins, the facilitator will assist in gathering
intake paperwork and performing assessments on Stop Now and Plan
(SNAP) families, meeting the families in the home or at a
pre-determined community location of the family's
$17.48 per hour
hours per week - Monday through Thursday
4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. or 3:45 p.m. - 7:45

Duties / Responsibilities:
- Attend the
5-day core SNAP training (free, provided by Florida Network of
Youth and Family Services).

- Adapts the
values of the SNAP program and works to implement the SNAP
curriculum in accordance to SNAP programming.

the supervision of the SNAP Coordinator and participates in staff

willing to be recorded during group facilitation.
