RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce is working with a top-tier client, private-equity backed company within manufacturing in Saint Petersburg, FL who is looking for a VP of Finance. Responsibilities: The right candidate must have a strong foundation within Manufacturing and Private Equity. This position will fully own the Finance and Accounting functions and work very closely with the CEO to effectively plan and enhance the quality of decision-making. Must be able to lead as a hands-on CFO to scale the company for growth, maximize it's potential and in close partnership with the CEO and the Private Equity board, position the firm for sale. Looking for a strong leadership and management qualities, able to build strong teams and develop/mentor talent. Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting 10 years total accounting or finance managerial experience with at least 3 years in a senior-level role Experience working in a private equity-backed, high growth business a plus Deep knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles Demonstrated strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects Systems implementation experience. Background coordinating with IT staff to manage and/or upgrade accounting system. Significant experience working with external auditors, internal controls and compliance-related issues Able to develop and present monthly Board presentations and provide commentary/narrative, has introduced dashboards or equivalent to provide better visibility in a timely fashion Can design/enhance and present reporting packages to meet the needs of FBF's management team, private equity owners, and Lenders Prior responsibility for (or strong knowledge of) Treasury Management, Tax, and Audit functions Prior experience implementing a culture of accountability; strong partner to CEO and Board Strong financial modelling skills, and adept user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Agile and adaptable; can thrive in a highly entrepreneurial environment Change Agent with strong emotional intelligence Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
