Personnel Services is looking for a Plater Apprentice for a company
based in Clearwater, FL. In this role, you will have the
opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a
dynamic team in a fast-growing aerospace and defense metal
finishing manufacturer. Pay Rate $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on
experience. Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to
12:00 am. Must be able to train on 1st shift, 6:30 am-3:30 pm.
Plater Apprentice Job Title Duties and Responsibilities Process
metal parts according to job travelers and work instructions
Prepare parts for plating (cleaning, masking, and racking) Assist
in running parts through plating tanks according to time,
temperature, and chemical requirements. Monitor processing times
and follow detailed instructions Complete required documentation
accurately for quality and traceability Perform basic visual
inspections of parts during and after processing. Follow all safety
and environmental procedures Assist with additional production
tasks as assigned Plater Apprentice Job Title Qualifications and
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Previous
manufacturing experience (finishing or coating environment is a
plus) Strong attention to detail Ability to carefully follow
written instructions and procedures Able to work in a fast-paced,
compliance-focused environment Willingness to learn technical
processes Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Job Type Full-time,
