Job Description Job Description OneBlood is looking for drivers
for our Big Red Bus. This person will NOT perform phlebotomy but
will provide CDL-licensed transportation services at blood drives.
We will provide CDL training! RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides
transportation and support services for mobile blood drives
including loading, unloading and setting up all equipment within
time constraints. Operates motor vehicles in compliance with all
applicable laws; including driving blood mobiles as CDL Licensure
and business needs permit. Packs and/or picks-up blood and blood
products from blood drives Provides assistance in the warehouse and
stocking supplies and vehicles Performs daily vehicle inspections
QUALIFICATIONS : High School diploma or equivalent. CDL (Class B)
license is a plus but not required. Must have a valid driver
license with generally good history. Must be able to successfully
complete OneBlood driver training, CDL training, and obtain a CDL
Class B(Commercial Driver License). Must have open availability.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Competitive Pay: $18/hour $1 in driver pay

to read, understand and follow documents such as safety rules,
operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to
organize work for timely completion Ability to speak, write, read
and understand English Basic computer skills including knowledge of
Microsoft Office applications Ability to commute with personal
transportation Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced
environment Ability to operate and drive a mobile, box truck or van
to designated site locations Ability to practice safe driving
techniques based on company and governmental regulations Tasks
involve the periodic performance of moderately physically demanding
work, usually involving lifting, carrying, pushing and/or of
moderately heavy objects and materials (up to 50 pounds). Tasks
that require moving objects of significant weight require the
assistance of another person and/or use of proper techniques and
moving equipment. Tasks may involve some climbing, stooping,
kneeling, crouching, crawling, walking, auditory detection,
standing for extended periods of time, and manual dexterity in the
operating of phlebotomy equipment. Tasks involve operating a large
