Job Description:

Our Team is looking for Technical Program/Project Management support for RUCKUS Professional Services engagements.
Deployment Management Activities:
You'll work closely with the customer to ensure satisfaction of all professional services account engagements.
Development of plan and driving project kick-off call with customer and all relevant parties.
Work with customer to determine site readiness, build project plans and plan appropriate implementation windows.
Establish measures of success for project that are mutually agreed upon by the End User.
Creation of a Project Plan/Schedule with regular updates to ensure that all team members are aware of the schedule and how their tasks fit into the schedule. Resource and Communications plans as the need arises.
Lead the creation and delivery of the Migration Plan, Migration MOPs, As-Built/Audit documents, Operational documentation (i.e., runbooks/playbooks), Test Plans with results and Back-out plans.
Creation of an activity register and log document that lists for the implementation teams what is to be accomplished, and the related schedule.
Regular status reports. These status reports include information on tasks, schedule, roadblocks, resource allocation, and risks related to:
SCRUM Team activities, to be determined based on project requirements
Creation/maintenance of an open items' list.
Document resolved issues.
Coordination with project resources to ensure proper logistics planning.
Communicate and report status for the project to different levels within the End User 's organization.
Maintain acceptable standards of project quality and control.
Handle all approved changes to the scope of the project.
Facilitate weekly project status meeting with End User and infrastructure project vendors.
Responsible for ensuring all RUCKUS PS results are completed in a timely manner for the duration of the project.
Knowledge Growth and Transfer:
Mentor and coach co-workers and peers. Share valuable knowledge openly.
Maintain RUCKUS PS procedures documentation.
Able to Maintain current industry trends, competition, and technical and product knowledge with respect to the value to RUCKUS customers.
Required Qualifications:
B. S. degree in Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
PMI Project Management Professional certification (PMP).
10 years of Program/Project Management experience in telecommunications, software/application development, or related technical field.
Technical Responsibility for high profile tasks or projects within the spanof a mid-level manager position.
Key competencies:
Demonstrated leadership in customer account management, carrier class customer experience highly valued.
Ability to handle multiple large-scale projects across several different locations simultaneously.
Excellent project management, project planning, leadership, communication, and customer relation skills.
Lead tense, critical situations, creating and improving customer confidence through reliable, repetitive, and complete resolutions.
Ability to effectively lead and/or influence direction of projects or situations in such a manner that resolves issues or needs for our customers.
Create effective team setting that spans organizations such as sales, technical support, and service delivery - ideally forming a close partnership with customers.
Further develop and maintain group PM process documentation.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Experience with Microsoft Project
RF & IP Networking and Network Operations.
Customer relationship management and related soft skills is required.
Situational control, leadership, and facilitation to resolution a must
Must have proven experience organizing and expressing written and verbal communications clearly, effectively, and efficiently
Ability to develop and deliver materials/presentations to small audiences up to 50
Ability to create/participate in reporting and/or presentations to the Director and VP levels

PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) OR Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
Relational database administration
QuickBase management, expansion of current uses, development of new features.
Custom tool creation for tracking and reporting.
Wi-Fi and Ethernet technologies and protocols:
IEEE 802.11 Wi-Fi protocols
Layer-2 /Layer 3 functionality
Network management technologies and tools.
