Sales Manager We are seeking an experienced Senior Catering &
Wedding Sales Manager to drive catering revenue and deliver
exceptional events, with a strong focus on weddings, corporate,
social, and local markets . This role manages the full sales
cycle—from lead generation and contract execution to on-site event
support—while ensuring outstanding client experiences. Key
Responsibilities Generate, manage, and close catering sales leads
Build and maintain relationships with clients, planners, hotels,
and vendors Develop menus, packages, and customized event solutions
Manage contracts, budgets and forecasts Collaborate with culinary,
banquet, and operations teams to execute events Represent the
company on-site and ensure service standards are exceeded
Qualifications Minimum 2 years of upper management experience in
catering sales and event management Required background in
hospitality and food & beverage management Strong sales,
negotiation, and client relationship skills Highly organized,
detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in
Microsoft Office and social media platforms Flexible schedule;
evenings and weekends required Education High School diploma
required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Hospitality Management degree
