We specialize in residential and/or commercial HVAC solutions and are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department. Key Responsibilities Manage and support HVAC service technicians and dispatch staff Schedule, coordinate, and oversee daily service operations Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly Train, mentor, and evaluate service technicians Monitor KPIs, job performance, and service profitability Enforce company policies and promote a positive team culture Qualifications 3 years of HVAC service experience 2 years in a supervisory or management role (preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and codes Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid drivers license and clean driving record EPA Certification (required) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Gas card Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Career advancement opportunities
