Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation, a leader in integrated healthcare
services, seeks an ARRT Certified Radiology Technologist to join
our Diagnostic Imaging team. This role is pivotal in providing
high-quality diagnostic imaging services in our state-of-the-art
facilities, ensuring exceptional patient care and support. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for operating imaging
equipment, maintaining patient safety, and performing complex
imaging procedures under the guidance of radiologists. Operate
radiographic equipment to perform diagnostic procedures as per
physician's orders. Ensure patient safety and comfort during
procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to
confidentiality guidelines. Collaborate with physicians and
healthcare team to provide timely and accurate diagnostic services.
Implement and follow radiation safety measures. Proficiency in
operating various radiographic and imaging equipment. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adhere to safety
and health guidelines. Detail-oriented with the capability to
maintain accurate patient records. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current certification by the
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Licensed to
practice in the applicable state. CPR certification preferred.
