Job Description:

transforming lives. As a RN Trauma Injury Prevention Coordinator,
you will play a crucial role in our trauma team by developing and
overseeing injury prevention programs aimed at reducing the
incidence and severity of traumatic injuries. This position
involves community outreach, data analysis, and collaboration with
various healthcare teams to implement effective strategies and
educational programs. Develop, coordinate, and evaluate injury
prevention programs targeted at high-risk populations. Collaborate
with healthcare professionals and community organizations to
implement trauma prevention initiatives. Collect and analyze trauma
data to identify trends and areas for improvement in injury
prevention. Organize and lead educational outreach programs on
injury prevention for the community and healthcare staff. Act as a
liaison between the trauma department and public health agencies to
enhance injury prevention efforts. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Effective communication and presentation
skills Experience in program development and project management
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of
public health principles and practices Medical Insurance Dental

nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certification in Trauma
Nursing Core Course (TNCC), preferred CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) certifications
