Job Description:
HCA Florida Largo Hospital is seeking a dedicated and
experienced Nurse Manager for our Clearwater Freestanding Emergency
Department. This role demands a dynamic leader who is passionate
about delivering exceptional emergency care and leading a team
towards enhancing patient outcomes. As a Nurse Manager, you will
utilize cutting-edge technology and collaborate within
multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive environment for both
staff and patients alike. Your leadership will directly impact the
efficiency of our emergency services and the health of our
community. Oversee daily operations of the ED, ensuring compliance
with healthcare regulations and hospital policies. Manage, recruit,
and train nursing staff, fostering a climate of professional growth
and development. Collaborate with medical and administrative staff
to enhance patient care protocols and emergency response
effectiveness. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to
ensure the department is equipped to provide top-quality care.
Analyze patient care data to drive continuous improvement in care
delivery and patient outcomes. Ensure a high standard of infection
control and safety measures in the department. Strong leadership
and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in healthcare management software and clinical
systems Adept in crisis management and decision-making Capable of
budget management and resource allocation Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license
in the state of Florida Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred Certified Nurse Manager
and Leader (CNML) certification desirable
