Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in a medical-surgical environment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. Record patients' medical histories and symptoms, administer medications, and monitor recovery and progress. Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care and preventive health practices. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records (EHR). Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
