medicine physician. Bradley-Polk Walk-In Clinic is located in
beautiful Ocoee, Tennessee as a Certified Rural Health Clinic. The

plan General Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical care
to patients. APPs support. Participate in patient care management
and follow-up. Engage in community outreach and maintain
