Job Description:

vulnerable patients. As part of our dedicated team in the Pediatric
and Neonatal ICU specializing in Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia
(CDH), you will be instrumental in providing proactive and critical
care for newborns and infants with this condition. This role
demands a compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable Registered
Nurse who possesses a deep understanding of the complexities
associated with CDH. Assess, plan, and administer nursing care to
infants with Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia and other serious
medical conditions in the ICU. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary
team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
Monitor patient conditions continuously, respond to emergencies,
and provide immediate intervention. Educate and support families,
providing them with information on the care of their children and
emotional support during critical periods. Implement patient safety
and risk management practices, adhering to the highest standards of
healthcare protocols. Strong clinical skills in pediatric and
neonatal intensive care nursing Ability to operate complex medical
machinery and monitors Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Maryland or
eligible compact state licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
preferred. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
certification.
