Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with facility protocols Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care Maintain patient health records and report on vital signs and any significant changes in patient status Participate in the development and evaluation of nursing practices and educational activities Strong clinical skills with a focus in patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in handling medical equipment Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-stress situations Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current registered nurse licensure in the state of practice BLS/CPR certification ACLS certification preferred
