Collaborate with senior healthcare executives to identify and prioritize performance improvement opportunities. Design and implement performance measurement systems and initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. Analyze data from a variety of sources to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented performance strategies. Lead interdisciplinary teams across different facilities to share best practices and ensure consistent application of improvement measures. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to demonstrate progress and align continued efforts with organizational goals.
