Job Description:
ChenMed is seeking an Associate Chief Medical Officer (ACMO)
with a strategic vision and a steadfast commitment to the highest
standards of patient care within our senior-focused clinics, which
span across various US locations. This pivotal leadership role
involves steering the medical policies, providing clinical guidance
to our team, and upholding our mission to tend to seniors with
complex health conditions using advanced medical and technological
aids. As an ideal candidate, you will exhibit a strong background
in clinical practices geared towards geriatric care, demonstrated
leadership in medical management roles, and a passion for
transformative healthcare services. Lead the clinical and
administrative operations within the clinics to ensure the highest
level of care is provided. Implement and evaluate medical policies
and procedures that meet the needs of our senior patients.
Collaborate with other medical and business leaders to develop
strategies that align with organizational goals. Monitor clinical
performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance
healthcare delivery. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
and maintain the excellence in patient care standards. Proficient
in geriatric care Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in managing cross-functional medical teams Adept at
strategic planning and executing medical policies Solid
understanding of healthcare regulations and standards Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or
Geriatric Medicine is preferred. Valid medical license
