A hospital in Florida is actively seeking a Nurse Manager Clinical Education Perioperative Services to join their established team!
The Nurse Manager Clinical Education - Perioperative Services will be a direct hire employee, working for a top-ranked health system known for delivering exceptional care in Florida. This health system is known for their extensive list of world class physicians, surgeons, and specialist, award winning hospitals that are Magnet Designated, outpatient services, adult and pediatric care, and trauma centers. The Nurse Manager Clinical Education Perioperative Services will be based out of their 500+bed flagship hospital known for their Surgical Services team, Trauma Center, and academic affiliates and ongoing research.
The Nurse Manager Clinical Education Perioperative Services will join the robust Perioperative Surgical Services department, managing the team of Nurse Educators for the PreOp, PACU, Operating Room, and CVORs. The Nurse Manager Clinical Education Perioperative Services will help with budgets, new hire orientation, preceptor program, and managing the community partnerships. The Nurse Manager Clinical Education Perioperative Services will also support the department with Quality, Process Improvement, and Operations, along with preparing for upcoming accreditation and surveys.
Ideally the Nurse Manager Clinical Education Perioperative Services will have previous nursing leadership or educator experience along with a clinical background in one of the perioperative services areas such as PreOp, PACU, or Operating Room.
