Job Description:
This position is eligible to apply for (up to) $75,000 loan
repayment with a 3-year commitment or $50,000 loan repayment with a
2-year commitment.
Reports to: Assistant Medical Director - Family Medicine
Job Summary: Maintains overall responsibility for the quality of
patient centered care delivered; delivers medical and clinical
reports to agency management team and Board of Directors on
clinical issues that affect patient care delivery; serves as a
clinical resource to and supervises mid-levels, laboratory, and
nursing staff. Functions in accordance with plans and policies
established by the Board of Directors and performs duties within
the medical setting as a member of the care team providing medical
care; maintains responsibility for attendance and punctuality to
ensure that clinic is operated in an efficient and cost-effective
manner; supports and promotes all activities of a patient centered
medical home
