Speech Language Pathologist- SLP, Pediatric Based Therapy in South Tampa, FL Join our Pediatric School Based Team, and use your passion for Speech Therapy to help make a difference in a child's life! The Lead Speech Language Pathologist provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that their areas of responsibility have the proper operational controls in place to effectively grow their organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The Regional Vice President establishes, maintains, and enforces administrative and reporting procedures, personnel systems, and clinic responsibilities to include compliance with HIPAA, infection control, hygiene, and cleaning policies and procedures. The position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company. As the region's senior leader, supports for the clinical operations of multiple rehabilitation practices throughout the region (potentially multi-state) must be in place, as this person functions as a member of the Company's senior management team in providing leadership for the Company, in alignment with our mission and values.
