Responsible for facilitating integrated training and needs assessments with minimal supervision.Responsibilities 1 Conducts Pinnacle center leadership training program content by classroom facilitation and individual instruction.Presents training material covering a range of technical and management areas within Operations and QualityManagement. Leverages expertise in Plasma Ops and Quality to answer questions and provide comprehensiveunderstanding of the duties required by Center Leadership to function in a center on a day-to-day basis.Demonstrates tasks and observes trainees.2 Subject matter expert in managing operations and quality in a plasma center. Knowledgeable of SOPs, includingstate specific requirements. Provides expert advice and coaching to support leadership development and enhanceskill capability.3 Assess employee training progress through a variety of methods including observation, surveys and employeeinterviews. Revises or recommends changes to training methods. Responsible for making decisions that affectemployee training plan and training progression.4 Design and develop training content for Pinnacle training program. Coordinate with various CSL PlasmaDepartments, including TL&D, to ensure that content meets organizational needs. Recommends enhancements totraining program content, course design, technology and instructional methods to achieve training objectives.5 Prepares and demonstrates training in simulated and live center environment. Identifying opportunities to train onthe fly as the situation occurs. Creates scenarios in DMS training site. Maintains flexibility and coordination with thehost center leadership to collaborate on upcoming training opportunities within the live environment. Adjustingschedule as needed.6 Communicates training status and trainee needs to leadership team and recommends developmental activitiesneeded.7 Assess trainee preparedness to attend Pinnacle on-site training by using Plateau reports.8 Other job-related duties as assigned to support business needs.Job Specifications Education? Bachelor's Degree preferred or? Equivalent combination of education and professional work experienceExperience? Minimum 3-year experience in a training or education role within a technical or healthcareenvironment preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience? Minimum 1 year experience in Plasma Operations or Quality management? Strong presentation skills, with experience conducting training in a group setting? Proven ability to conduct training using effective training techniques? Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills to drive results? Proficient at providing assistance and directing managers to identify and resolve problems? Strong multi-tasking, able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities and deliver high qualityprograms with results that meet business needs? Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office productsAdditional Comments? Maintain company area Technical Training & Leadership certifications? Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal directions in exact detail required? Learn new processes and quickly engage in assignments to drive for action? Strong organizational skills to ensure preparation and training activities are completed effectivelyand in a timely manner? Ability to compose materials such as detailed reports, work-related manuals and/or makepresentations outside of immediate work areaWorking Conditions (physical & mental requirements)? Extended work hours or weekends required? Overnight travel required up to 30% of the time? Standing and walking up to 8 hours daily? May be exposed to hazardous chemicals, extreme temperatures and to blood borne pathogens? Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment while performing specific tasks or in certain areas? Lead Center Leadership teams without the benefit of a direct reporting relationship? Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the department's credibility, operationsand services? Ability to formulate complex and comprehensive materials such as authoritative reports of majorscope and impact, etc. and/or to make formal presentations?
