Job Description Job Description Job Title: HVAC Project Manager Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of control projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for leading a team to accomplish project objectives within specified timeframes and resource allocations. Responsibilities Administer, implement, and manage control projects. Ensure accountability for the project's scope of work, schedule, and budget. Lead and coordinate team activities to meet project goals. Essential Skills Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum of four (4) years of experience in project HVAC controls management or related fields. Alternatively, a minimum of six (6) years of experience in project management, controls, HVAC, or related areas. Strong project management skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in construction management. Proficiency with HVAC controls systems. Work Environment The work environment offers a very flexible office policy, allowing you to come and go as needed. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
