Job Description Job Description Tallen Builders, LLC is a well established construction firm specializing in Luxury Custom Home builds and commercial projects. We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator & Buyout Specialist to join our team and help drive successful project execution from bid through subcontractor buyout. Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor pricing Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents Solicit, analyze, and compare subcontractor and supplier bids Lead subcontractor buyout negotiations and finalize contracts Develop and maintain cost databases and historical cost records Work closely with project managers, operations, and procurement teams Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk factors during pre-construction Ensure compliance with company policies and contract requirements Qualifications 3 years experience in construction estimating and subcontractor buyout Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and contracts Experience with estimating software (Planswift) Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Company Description We're Committed to Excellence At Tallen Builders, we’re more than just construction experts — we’re creators of exceptional spaces tailored to your vision.
