A strategic shift is taking place at Davidoff to deliver an impactful experience across all touchpoints. The newly formed Customer Experience department is establishing standards, collecting data, and managing interactions to create consistency and drive towards our greater Customer Success initiative.

This individual will be responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing evolution of the B2B customer digital marketing experience. Mainly, the delivery of end-to-end creation and execution of Email Marketing Campaigns (Planning, Scheduling, Development, Testing, Deployment, Reporting) to support sales and awareness of products and events.

Once Marketing Cloud is implemented, the role will focus on the execution of all related no and low-touch marketing activities. Key metrics reporting and monitoring will be required for commercial success. In this role, you'll have a hybrid work schedule which includes work from home and assigned office days.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

The B2B Marketing Manager, in alignment with our CX, Marketing, Sales, and Brand Directors, will be responsible for developing and deploying multi-channel audience marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement and growth for the brand's B2B business.
Copywrite and execute on email and SMS campaigns to drive awareness, interest, and engagement. This includes creation of landing pages, websites, and direct mail.
Drive an audience-centric marketing approach and bring together our various product offerings into a unified proposition. Develop needs-based, differentiated messaging and content with a focus on cohesive solution narratives for our target segments and channels.
Coordinate product launches and new releases based off Commercial and Marketing calendars, including campaigns and activities to support customer acquisition and retention, by collaborating across Sales, Operations, and Marketing. Assets creation varies, mostly premade by the Creative Production department.
Responsible for developing an understanding of our segments by working with the sales team and business analysts to gather insights about customer needs, use cases, and buying process.
Within SAP Marketing Cloud, create and deploy emails as well as landing pages and forms. This includes construction and maintenance of automated campaigns and programs (e.g. nurture, reengagement, cart abandonment, and new contact creation). Automate recurring tasks, where applicable.
Collect insights from field team to create different and innovative point of sale activations, evaluating data and insights from promotion performance, customer and consumer feedback, competitor activity etc.
Actively involved in analyzing product performance providing timely, relevant, and insightful feedback. Produce reports to analyze performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions, consistently monitor and improve data quality to drive local traffic and sales.
Create automated digital marketing activities, including email/SMS, and direct mail assets for:

Themed push campaigns/drip campaigns against Brands, Merchandising, Crop-to-Shop, Product Launches
Triggered journeys, e.g. against inbound requests, along Relationship phase, onboarding
Design marketing materials and campaigns for programs, e.g.

RFM Targeting and Growth campaigns
Loyalty/Incentive program campaigns
Sales triggers for no-touch campaigns
Targeted Content for specific segments/audiences, e.g. Appointed Merchants, Store Managers, Merchandisers





3 - 5 years marketing experience, ideally within an B2B media/digital
Experience in creating and executing effective programs to grow sales, traffic, and/or engagement.
Commercial mindset, ability to work alongside and influence other teams
Excellent communication skills, able to create an impactful narrative which convinces both internal and external audiences

Even better if you have experience in one or more of the following:

HTML coding for landing pages
Establishing personas
Understanding customer behavior with products
Conducting user research
