Fast Growing Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing Company with offices in Pinellas Park and Port Charlotte is looking for a new Office Coordinator to assist the Owner and the Operations Managers. Job Duties To Include Oversee Call Center Manager Overseeing of Permits and NOC's Job Costing Payroll Producing Weekly and Monthly Management Reports Quickbooks Batching Basic Bookkeeping Assist Operations Manager to hit branch goals and objectives Assist Owner to hit company goals and objectives Perform any other related job duties Qualifications Self Starter Excellent Microsoft Office Skills Excellent Computer Skills Excellent Customer Service Skills Excellent People Skills Organized Time ManagementJob Type: Full-timePay: From $40,000.00 per yearBenefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Retirement planSchedule: 8 hour shift Monday to FridayEducation: High school or equivalent (Required)Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Required) QuickBooks: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
