We accomplish this through our belief and vision that every child should be safe, that every troubled teen deserves help, and that every family torn apart in crisis be given the opportunity to mend.POSITION FUNCTION/OVERVIEW:This is an administrative support position involving a variety of duties that may vary in subject matter depending on assignment. This position supports the Safe2B You and Me program.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:Admin Assistan conducts job duties and behavior in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Values of Family Resources.Conducts job performance and tasks in accordance with assigned key performance indicators (KPI's) individually and as a team.Conducts themselves in a manner supporting of a healthy culture within the agency.Provides administrative support to the Safe2B You and Me program.Performs general administrative duties including word processing. photocopying, filing, faxing and handling all incoming and outgoing mail.Administrative Assistant responds to incoming telephone calls for the program and relays messages to appropriate individuals.Performs data entry in nForm database.Assist in document preparation on a monthly and as needed basis.Admin Assistant places office supply orders for both programs as necessary.Processes office purchase orders and follows up to ensure receipt of materials.Produces correspondence, reports, and formsTravels between program sites and community locations as necessary.Attends monthly staff meetings the program, as well as records and transcribes meeting minutes.Other job responsibilities as required.Starting pay: $15.00 per hourQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).Must have 2 years' experience working in administrative support or clerical support role.Ability to read, write and speak English and comprehend instructions pertaining to assigned tasks and communicates effectively in writing and verbally.Critical thinking, strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Must be an efficient planer and be flexible in performing assigned tasks.Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings as necessary to meet program needs.Effective communication skills with all levels of employees and good analytical skills.Ability to make good decisions and be self-directed.Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.Must demonstrate awareness and acceptance of cultural differences of clients, staff and community contacts.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.The possession of a personal cellular phone is required for use in accordance with agency policy and procedures.Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements:Must demonstrate awareness and acceptance of cultural differences of clients, staff, and community contacts.Must have the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with individuals from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds, including clients, staff, professional and community persons.Must demonstrate awareness and acceptance of clients related to sexual orientation and gender identity issues.Must possess excellent organizational skills, well developed verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively deal with complex issues.Must maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability within areas of responsibility.Should possess characteristics that show sound judgment in fulfilling position duties and responsibilities as well as a cooperative attitude in working relationships with senior members of management.Must have valid Florida Driver's License and auto insurance for personal vehicle and a clean driving history.Education and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).Must have 2 years' experience working in administrative support or clerical support role.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookWe are an EEOC employer and Drug Free Workplace
