Job Description Job Description In-Person Role: Currently reviewing only applicants currently living within 30 minutes from Bradenton, FL. SR. TAX ACCOUNTANT NEEDED IN BRADENTON, FL Direct Hire Opportunity $80-$100k Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (can flex schedule to 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. if needed) Duties and responsibilities: Prepare complex individual and business tax returns. Review all levels of tax returns prepared by others and provide clear review notes. Identifies tax issues and opportunities on complex tax returns. Uses research tools as appropriate to answer questions during tax planning assignments. Collaborate with Managers or Partners to develop innovative tax strategies. Provide leadership by training, directing, and supervising junior staff. Maintain positive ongoing relationships with clients and their team of advisors. Assist in developing innovative solutions for clients and firm. Prepares routine correspondence to clients, taxing authority agents, and other third parties as directed. Participates in local civic, charitable, business, and other organizations. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications: CPA or Enrolled Agent active license in Florida a must!
