Collector - Bilingual/Healthcare Collector - up to $15.50/hour - Lake Mary

Fantastic and well-known company in the Lake Mary area is looking for an experienced Healthcare Collector who is fully bilingual in English and Spanish! Will be paying up to $15.50/hour and is a direct hire position! Responsibilities for this Bilingual/Healthcare Collector position includes collecting outstanding receivables from insurance companies, patients and physicians, ensures timely follow-up on all assigned claims to secure timely payment, reduces claims in the over 90-day categories, accurately documents all transactions, mails, faxes or emails all appropriate collections correspondence, identifies uncollectible accounts, assists with external audits, and other tasks. Candidates for this Bilingual/Healthcare Collector position must also be familiar with ICD9 codes, payer fee schedules, and be proficient in reading and understanding EOB's.
