Job Description:
Job Summary:As CME's Accounting Manager you will be responsible
for all accounting functions as an individual contributor as well
as supervising the finance team. You and your team are responsible
for the following duties: invoicing and receiving allocations,
process expense reports, follow-up on accounts receivable,
generating financial reports, daily input and timely processing of
payables, and reconciling accounts and credit cards. If you have a

Responsibilities:Responsible for Revenue: invoicing, collecting, &
ensuring deliveries to drive and bring in revenueProduce and verify
accurate financial reports meeting both FAR, DFAR, as well
adherence to GAPP: including but not limited to reconciliation of
all balance sheets, monthly and annual financial statements,
general ledger transactions, and benefits financial recordsMonitor
accounts to ensure accuracy, funding allocation, prepare & assist
with annual audits, and compliance with outside CPA firmResponsible
for monitoring & tracking gross margin by project/product, as well
as reporting KPl'sEnsure proper account charges, coding and
compliance. Ensure timely funds transfers, resolving discrepancies
as necessary/processing documents for input into automated
systemsCost function to include product cost, customer billing, and
costs at completion for all productsAssists with payroll interface
and reconciliation, coordinating with Human Resourse Provides ad
hoc reporting as necessaryAssists with implementation of ERP
(system, upgrades, updates) for accounting; Prepares all financial
submittals (incurred cost, financial accounting & capabilities
audits, etc. to DCAA), and calculates COGS on all engineering and
manufacturing contracts based on original bid and actual cost
dataChecks & Double-Checks figures, postings, and documents for
correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper coding in
financial records, makes journal and ledger entries, and utilizes
Deltek CostPoint to ensure financial & ERP data is updated,
correct, and reported correctlyCompile statistical, financial,
accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such
matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and
receivable, and profits/lossesComply with federal (DCAA & DCMA),
state, and company policies, procedures, and regulationsOther
duties as assignedMinimum Requirements Needed:Bachelor's Degree in
Accounting from an accredited college or university required or
equivalent experience; Master's Degree Preferred5-10 Years of FAR,
DFARS, and government accounting experiencePositions with CME
require access to controlled goods and technologies subject to the
International Traffic in Arms Regulations or the Export
